in a fun, safe, & encouraging environment, while building their self-esteem.
For over 30 years now we have understood how important it is to
provide a safe and fun training environment for your child to learn, develop, and build their sports foundation. Today CCG is leading the way in
our industry. We are focused on continuing to improve our staff development and training as we move forward with your family's needs in mind.

We've always got exciting and fun events coming up!
Kids Night Out!
This 4.5 hour event will be held once a month and is perfect for kids ages 4-14! Everyone will enjoy fun gymnastics stations, themed activities, crafts, interactive games, pizza, snacks, and a movie!
Spring Spectular!
Registration is open for our Spring Spectacular, a showcase where athletes will get to show off routines that they have been learning in class!
Summer Camp!
CCG's Super Camps are designed for boys and girls of all levels and abilities, ages 4 - 13. Each week integrates a fun and exciting theme into the daily activities and games.
PEAK Registration Open!
Registration is now open for our 7th Annual PEAK Training Clinic on July 20 & 21, 2024. The PEAK Training Clinic brings together the BEST of the BEST coaches in the country for Men's & Women's gymnastics.

Our Programs
Check out the wide variety of recreational classes we offer for kids of all ages.
Preschool
Since 1991, CCG and our amazing preschool gymnastics coaches and owner have been developing, learning, growing, designing, creating, and inspiring movement, development, and more in young toddlers. We have created an amazing Preschool Jungle Gymnastics Program.
Gymnastics
We offer both boys and girls classes for children first through fifth grade as well as middle & high school classes for girls. Athletes will be able to experience floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline with a progressive curriculum. Gymnastics is a great base for all sports. Be sure to watch for our quarterly special events and end of the year performances!
T&T
CCG offers recreational T&T classes to boys and girls of all levels (ages 5 & up). Trampoline and Tumbling (T&T) has 3 main events: Trampoline, Tumbling and Double-Mini Trampoline. Throughout our T&T classes, our experienced coaches teach progressions for jumping, flipping, twisting, and tumbling on each of our rebounding devices.
Cheer
Our program prides itself on excellence in all aspects of the sport of cheerleading. We will settle for nothing less than excellent training, excellent performing, and excellent attitudes for everyone in our program. Our coaches are experienced, credentialed, hard working individuals who take pride in their jobs and the athletes that they coach.
Competitive Teams
Central Coast Gymnastics is one of few gyms in the nation who has six competitive teams: Boys and Girls DP Artistic, Girls NGA, Trampoline and Tumbling, Acrobatics and Cheer! There is really something for everyone! At CCG, our athletes learn everyday life skills like determination, work ethic, perseverance, teamwork and dedication. On a daily basis, our coaches foster the development of loyalty, trustworthiness, creativity and motivation through a positive and encouraging training environment.

Wow, where do I start! This gyms owner and staff are amazing. They all have a true passion for the sport and truly care about their student’s health and development as an athlete. We have never questioned our children’s safety pre and post COVID. I highly recommend viewing the video on their website to see what an amazing job they did to accommodate the social distancing restrictions required. The owner and staff have become an extension of our family. Great people and a great establishment. Highly recommend gym!

My daughter has been taking classes and attending camps at Central Coast Gymnastics for 4 years. We have always been very impressed with the level of professionalism, enthusiasm of the staff and the varied opportunities they provide for the kids. None of this has ever felt more important than the last few months. CCG provided an awesome, safe, summer camp experience for our daughter that has not only lifted her spirits but has been so positively impactful for our family. Our daughter is part of the competitive team here. Can't speak highly enough about the gym, coaches, and owner. Truly invested in the children and do this for all the right reasons. Through COVID, they have been beyond professional and rigorous in their approach to cleanliness, care, and following all recommended protocols. Great run business, great place to be. Highly recommended!
