Central Coast Gymnastics Sports Center is the home of Central Coast Elite Cheer. CCE has two teams that travel around California competing against the top programs on the West Coast. Our cheerleaders train hard and have fun doing the sport they love. The athletes on our teams ages range from 5 to 14. We also offer a many recreational cheer classes for all ages and abilities. Here, we have a place for everyone!
Cheer Tumble 1
ages 5 & up - Wednesdays 5 - 6:15pm
Although this beginning tumbling class is structured for cheerleaders, anyone is welcome. Athletes practice cartwheels, roundoffs, bridge kickovers, and front and back walk overs.
Cheer Tumble 2
ages 5 & up - Wednesdays 5 - 6:30pm
This class focuses on perfecting the basics learned in Cher Tumble 1, refining back handsprings, learning multiple back handsprings, and front handsprings.
Cheer Tumble 3 & 4
by invitation only - Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:30pm
A more advanced tumbling class for cheerleaders learning front and back tucks, aerials, and sequenced tumbling passes.
Recreational/Performance Cheer
ages 4 & up - Tuesdays 5:00 - 6:00pm
This performance class teaches basic stunting, cheers, tumbling and introduces choreography and performing to beginning cheerleaders.
Central Coast Elite Competitive Teams:
Rubies (ages 4-8): Tuesday & Thursday - 4:00-5:30pm
Sapphires (Ages 14 and under): Tuesday & Thursday - 5:00-7:30pm
