CURRENTLY:
CCG is looking for a Men's Gymnastics Team Coach. This person must have at least 2-3 years experience coaching USAG competitive routines for Level's 4-6. This position is now open as our team has expanded and needs additional TEAM coaches. This is a part time position. Salary will depend on experience and knowledge. You will be joining a fantastic group of coaches who have developed a strong competitive men's gymnastics program. In fact it's the only men's gymnastics program on the entire Central Coast that has compulsory and optional levels up to Level 9. Currently we are looking to expand our coaching staff due to the increase in our compulsory team sizes (23 competitive girls plus up to 30 more coming up for 2012), with an experienced coach who has an extensive training/background in Girls Compulsory Levels 4- 6 with abilities to coach higher levels up to Level 9, and we would perfer TOPs coaching or training experience (not required). Applicants should be proficient with strong basics, body shaping, and be a hands on coach.
Supervisor responsibilities include: maintaining/building a strong cohesive staff from developmental levels to the top athletes, ensuring all levels are working toward set goals and standards, setting meet schedules, girl’s artistic staff education, lesson plans and more. We are looking for a passionate person, who is willing to grow, learn, and train others with us in this Fabulous CCG Environment. CCG would like to hire a career oriented person for this position. This is a full time position with benefits (30-40 hours per week) includes health benefits, accrued paid vacation, and paid holidays.
CCoast Acro is also looking for a competitive Sports Acrobatics Team Coach/Director to start for the 2013 season. Trainign during the 2012 season may be an option if necessary. This person must have 2-3 years experience coaching a competitive Gymnastics or Acrobatics team. This is a part time position (20-25 hours a week) and salary will depend on experience and knowledge. You will be coaching a wide range of ages and abilities including levels 4-10. Applicants should be proficient with coaching gymnastics floor skills (individuals), tumbling, dance, and competitive acro skills. Supervisor responsibilities include: maintaining/building a strong cohesive team, ensuring all levels are working toward set goals and standards, lesson planning, maintaining a meet schedule and budget, registering for competitions, ensuring all pair/groups are meeting level requirements, organizing team leotards, and filling out skill diagrams.
