Let the birthday experts at Central Coast Gymnastics give you a party you will flip over!
Our fun-loving, experienced coaches will provide tons of exciting games,
activities, circuits, pit time, and gymnastics that everyone can participate
in! We will work closely with you on every detail of your Funtastic
Party from start to finish, ensuring you Funtastic Birthday
memories that will last a lifetime! Let us take care of the details, from
the mailing of our custom invitations to cleaning up and everything in between,
We do it all!
It's a Piece of Cake
So kick back and enjoy as we take care of you! All you need to provide is included in the following parent check off list:
- Arrive 15 minutes prior the party start time
- Cups, plates, napkins, forks, spoons, etc.
- Food: cake, ice cream, drinks, snacks, etc.
- Serving Utensils: cake knife, ice cream scoop, etc.
- Candles and matches for the cake
Pricing and Guidelines
Funtastic Party - Bronze Package
- $170 - First (10) children for CCG members and $205 for non-members.
- Each additional child is $9 each.
- Party is 1 1/2 hours of FUN!
- We will take care of the guest list, mail the invitations, provide a
ballon for every child, the set up, and of course the clean up.
Goodie bags not included, you may bring your own.
- You can add our Goodie Water Bottles for an additional charge of $4.00 per child.
Super Funtastic Party - Silver Package
- $200 - First (10) children for CCG members and $235 for non-members.
- Includes all the same details as the Bronze Package.
- The party is 1 3/4 hours of FUN!
- Our Goodie Water Bottles are included for the first 10 children.
Additional Goodie Water Bottles can be purchased for $4.00 each.
Outrageous Funtastic Party - Gold Package
- $230 - First (10) children for CCG members and $265 for non-members.
- Includes all the same details as the Silver Package
- Your party as 2 hours of FUN!
- Every child gets an award.
- Our Goodie Water Bottles are included for the first 10 children.
Additional Goodie Water Bottles can be purchased for $4.00 each.
The Fine Print
Parties must be booked at least four weeks prior to your desired party date.
A 50% deposit is due at booking. Deposits will be refunded only if
you cancel two weeks in advance. We are always willing to reschedule your
party for a different date! Once your deposit is paid, you will receive a
confirmation letter in the mail with all the details. We must receive your
guest list at least three weeks prior to the party so that we may send out
the invitations two weeks in advance.
Recommendations for Quality and Safety
- We recommend limiting your party to no more than 15 children for a two
to four year old's party and up to 20 children for five years and older.
- If you would like to invite more than our recommended limits, we can accommodate
you by adding an additional instructor for $50 to ensure the safety of all the
birthday party children.
- Need additional space? Rent the Parent Observation Deck for an additional
$25 and serve adult treats and open gifts upstairs.
