Trampoline and Tumbling
Trampoline and Tumbling (or TNT for short) is a discipline
of gymnastics along with Men's & Women's Artistic, Acrobatic, and Rhythmic. TNT althetes compete on as many as 4 events: Trampoline, Synchronized Trampoline, Rod Floor, and Double-Mini (Trampoline).
CCG currently has a 40 ft. rod floor and an olympic size trampoline.
This is a great sport for kids who love to tumble and would rather
spend all of their time flipping instead of practicing all of the artistic
events. Athletes can be sucessfull with trampoline and tumbling
regardless of their body type, size, or age!

Ages 5-8 years
Tuesdays 3-4:00pm or 4-5:00pm
