Cirque du CCG is a versitle class offered for both kids and adults. The class teaches the basics of Gymnastics with a specific focus on Trampoline & Tumbling. Also, we train begining-advanced:

Adults 16 and over
This is an open ended class that caters to individual needs. The basics of urban gymnastics such as vaulting, precision jumping, and tricking will be taught. More advanced students are free to set up courses and explore the space to try challenging skills with an emphasis on safety and progressions.
